14 days. Full refund. No questions asked.

If LogBench is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the day you bought it. We will refund the full price. You do not have to tell us why.

This applies to both products: LogBench ($49) and LogBench + Capture Template ($69).

How to ask

Email LogBench@proton.me. Use the email address you bought with, or include your order number from your receipt. That is all we need.

We reply within two business days, and usually sooner.

What happens next

Your payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. They send the money back to the card or account you paid with, including any sales tax you paid. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.

Please ask us first

If something is wrong with your order, email us before you contact your bank. A refund from us is faster for you, and we will not say no inside the 14 days.

After 14 days

After 14 days, sales are final. If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, email us at any time and we will fix it.

About the download

LogBench is a file, so we cannot take it back. When you get a refund, please delete your copy. We trust you on this.
